CRM客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)功能主要分為四大部分:

1、 客戶信息管理

整合記錄企業(yè)各部門、每個(gè)人所接觸的客戶資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理,這包括對(duì)客戶類型的劃分、客戶基本信息、客戶聯(lián)系人信息、企業(yè)銷售人員的跟蹤記錄、客戶狀態(tài)、合同信息等。

3、  銷售管理

功能包括產(chǎn)品安裝檔案、服務(wù)請(qǐng)求、服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、服務(wù)收費(fèi)等管理信息,詳細(xì)記錄服務(wù)全程進(jìn)行情況。支持現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)與自助服務(wù),輔助支持實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶關(guān)懷。
Functions include product installation file, service request, service content, service network, service charge and other management information, and record the whole process of service in detail. Support on-site service and self-service, auxiliary support to achieve customer care.
